London Medical Orchestra’s Spring concert explores Harmonious Islands, both real and magical, safe and dangerous.... Breath-taking works by Mendelssohn, Rachmaninov, Bax, Lyadov and Debussy are introduced by our conductor Oliver Till.
We set sail in Scotland with Mendelssohn's ever popular 'Hebrides Overture', and we close with Debussy's 'L'Isle joyeuse', fantastically orchestrated by the composer's friend Bernardino Molinari.
